Let's Get Physical - January

Another year has passed and I'm still here. Yay!

So I told myself that I wasn't going to buy anymore pants (even work pants) until I dropped a size. A month ago I HAD to buy a new pair of work pants because I ripped a hole down the seam and they were beyond fixing. Well...guess what...I bought a size down and while they're a little snug when they are fresh out of the wash, they fit just right after about 30 minutes of wear. Woo! Success! Here's my recap and goals for January.

I need to figure out how to work small work outs into my day. I think that'll make working out much easier. Simple things like lifting hand waits while I'm watching TV or crunches during the commercials. Getting away from my computer is the hard part I think.

The Biggest Loser just started back up and that's usually inspiration for me to work out. I don't love to have access to their gym and be able to work out ALL the time. Crafting and working out, that'd be a good day.

Now head on over to Simply Evani and come link up with us.

Soda, schmoda. It's cool.
Your goals seem pretty reasonable though. Good luck, lady!

I struggle with fruits and veggies too. They're just not the first thing I reach for! I remember back when you were running and doing the couch to 5K (or preparing for your 5K), I was so inspired by you and that's a big part of the reason I started LGP. I hope that I can start running and maybe re-inspire you! And cutting fast food out gets easier after you get past initial cravings. Especially if you can manage to keep some yummy food at home! Thanks for linking up girlfriend! <3

I started using the myfitness pal app last year. I didn't change what I ate I just ate less of it and lost 18 pounds. You can do it!!! :)

Woo hoo! New pants and a size down! Congratulations :) I love your honesty in this post. I need to get some motivation to work out again. I'm just in a funk right now. But I do get a lot of energy with juicing!

Smoothies are so good! I always forget about them though! Good luck with your goals!

Wooo, smaller pants! Once you start fitting exercise into your every day routine I'm sure it will get easier, especially when you see results!
