What the what?

Not really a quote for the weekend, but I can't stop watching this. It's hilarious and I think everyone needs to see it. Also, I want a cat and a dog. Maybe a baby too.   I'm pretty sure the item in question is a rice cooker and there's steam coming out of the top where they keep hitting. At least that's what it looks like to me.
