august goals

Since I started Couch to 5K last month and I haven't seen any changes in weight loss I decided to make this month mostly about health.

I plan to knock off that mile later this week. Easy peasy lemon squeezey. Maybe that shouldn't be a goal since I know it's already gonna get done, but hey sometimes you need that one easy one to kick start things. Don't judge me. Hopefully with the health goals I start seeing some changes.

I plan to pick up some of the vegetarian and vegan recipes off of Eat Yourself Skinny. Looks like she's got some good stuff posted. I think these two goals will be pretty easy too even though I love to eat.

Since it's still summer I thought I needed one fun goal to make sure I still make the most of the summer, especially since I'm still spending a lot of time inside and have a lot of business stuff to take care of. Getting a mani/pedi is my odd idea of fun. *shrugs* I could've picked something else, but I couldn't think of anything with all the other stuff on my mind.

My #1 goal is to get back on track with my exercise routine. It has been way too hit and miss these days. I'm glad you shared that website because I've been toying with the idea of becoming a vegetarian but don't really know where to start. Hopefully this will help. Good luck with your goals ;-)

These are great goals!
My goals this month is to carry on with the gym. I have just joined and I want to go at least three times a week, which I have managed so far. Who would have thought that I would love a bit of Aqua Aerobics :)
