The time has finally come for all of us to reveal what we received in the polish swap put together by Rachel from la la lists and Carly of lipgloss and crayons.
My partner was Eve of Love Always, E. Run, go check out her blog, like NOW! I like my finger nails pretty simple and plain (my toes are another story). I also can't wear anything other than nudes/neutrals to work and Eve sent me the perfect package.
Eve also sent me a little nail kit with a nail file, tweezers (I actually needed and extra pair) and a nail file. I love these polishes because they have the extra wide brush and make painting my nails go a little bit faster. I have a lot of patience, but sometimes I want things to be done.
Look how pretty. I don't often let my nails get this long. Alsoignore that vein in my hand, it only did that because I was trying to take a picture. That's Essie's Penny Talk on my pinky. (It was a Klout Perk; I love those damn perks.) I often just paint my pinky or my thumb or my ring finger. I don't know why. A friend of mine always notices it in pictures. He calls it my rogue nail.
This was fun and I'd love to do it again. I love putting packages together for people and I love getting packages and letters in the mail.
Also, if you're interested I'm participating in a Pay It Forward swap/giveaway on my craft blog. Come check it out if you think you'd like to participate.
